The Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ program and the Progressive Agriculture Foundation are funded solely by contributions, grants, and sponsorships. Of the foundation’s total expenses, 76.4% are dedicated to our safety and health program and 23.6% are fundraising/administrative expenses. According to the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance, they expect a minimum of 65% of a foundation's funding be directed to program-related costs. Our overhead and fundraising costs are one-third less than the Better Business Bureau’s threshold.
