Guidelines for Use of the Progressive Agriculture Foundation Logo and Name(s)
The Progressive Agriculture Foundation, Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ program and the organization’s logos are trademarked and the control and use of its trademark is protected by law and cannot be used or sold by anyone without approval of the Progressive Agriculture Foundation executive director(s). This includes, but is not limited to the following:
● Progressive Agriculture Foundation
● Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™
● The Progressive Agriculture Foundation and the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ logos
Trademark Identification
When the name Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ and/or Progressive Agriculture Foundation logos are used in printed form, they shall be identified by and should include the small capital letters “™.”
Use of the Names and Logo
Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ coordinators, Progressive Agriculture Foundation (PAF) staff and Canadian Agricultural Safety Association staff are authorized to use the foundation name, program name and logo as outlined here:
The use of the names Progressive Agriculture Foundation, Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ and its logos shall be only such that will reflect dignity and credit on the organization. Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ coordinators, Progressive Agriculture Foundation staff and Canadian Agricultural Safety Association staff are encouraged to use the foundation and program names and logo to publicize and promote the organization, especially in the context of: public information, including but not limited to, newspapers, television, videos, multimedia works, website homepages and other forms of publicity relating to the Progressive Agriculture Foundation and its programs. Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™ coordinators and Canadian Agricultural Safety Association staff can obtain what they need in the coordinator section of the website.
Official Name
The official name of the organization is the Progressive Agriculture Foundation. You may refer to the acronym PAF after first identifying the organization as Progressive Agriculture Foundation (PAF). Do not use periods within the acronym. The official name of our program is the Progressive Agriculture Safety Day™.
