Participants must submit photos that reflect the theme: "In My Safety Era."

• Open to all current Safety Day coordinators holding a Progressive Agriculture Safety Day during 2025.

• Photographs from all Safety Day delivery modes are eligible (Community, School, Classroom, and Safety Zone.)

1. Item descriptionFile Format: Photos must be submitted in .JPEG or .PNG format.

2. Originality: Submissions must be original, taken during a 2025 Progressive Agriculture Safety Day.

3. Submission Limit: Each participant may submit one entry.

4. No Watermarks: Entries should not include watermarks.

• Creativity and Originality: Is the photo unique and imaginative.

• Relevance to Theme: Does the photo represents the theme.

• Technical Quality: Composition, lighting, focus, and exposure.

• Emotional Impact: The story or feeling conveyed through the photo.

• One winner will be selected based on the judging criteria.

• The decision of the judges is final and binding.

• The winner will be announced during our new on-line recognition program, in the Coordinator and Volunteer Newsletters, and our website at www.progressiveag.org

• Recognition during the new year-end, on-line recognition event

• By submitting, participants grant the Progressive Agriculture Foundation the non-exclusive right to use their photos for promotional purposes (with proper credit given) which will include, but is not limited to, social media, printed materials, presentations during conferences, and on-line advertisements.

• Photos must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

• Participants retain full copyright of their work.
