The Progressive Agriculture Foundation® Hires Amy Rademaker as Program Content and Quality Specialist
[August 13, 2026; Birmingham, Alabama] – The Progressive Agriculture Foundation® (PAF) welcomes Amy Rademaker as its new program content and quality specialist. With more than 20 years of service as a PAF Coordinator, Amy has a longstanding connection to the Foundation and its programs. In recognition of her dedication and volunteer service, she was named to the inaugural class of Bernard Geschke Volunteer Service Award recipients, an honor reserved for PAF Coordinators who have dedicated more than two decades of service to the program.
Over the past year, Amy has worked closely with the PAF program team to strengthen and develop educational resources and curriculum. Among her recent contributions, she played a leading role in updating program resources, including the new PAF Coordinator Training Manual. She has also supported community outreach and education efforts by helping develop demonstration videos and other resources that bring PAF curriculum to life.
“Amy brings a unique combination of professional expertise, firsthand agricultural experience, and a deep understanding of the Progressive Agriculture Foundation and our programs,” said Brian Kuhl, president and chief executive officer of the Progressive Agriculture Foundation. “She has been a dedicated part of the PAF network for many years, and more recently, we have seen the impact of her knowledge and creativity through her work developing and strengthening our educational resources. We are excited to officially welcome Amy to our staff.”
With more than 25 years of experience in the health and safety field, Amy combines her professional expertise with a lifelong connection to agriculture. A farm girl at heart, Amy continues to be actively involved in her family’s farming operation while using her professional expertise to advance farm safety and health. Her career includes more than 20 years as the Farm Safety Specialist for Carle Foundation Hospital, serving as a Continuing Education Specialist for The Ohio State University, and founding Rademaker Agricultural Safety and Health Services. Amy graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with an Agriculture Business Degree majoring in Farm and Financial Management.
According to Rademaker, “Agriculture has always been a part of who I am, and I am excited for the opportunity to continue serving the farming community through my work with PAF. I look forward to building on my experiences, sharing knowledge, and making a meaningful impact on the safety and quality of life in rural communities.”
